  • TOW ASSIST

An innovative feature that predicts the direction of your trailer when reversing. Guidelines, which can be set to the trailer’s width are displayed on your infotainment screen to show trajectory.

  • TOW HITCH ASSIST

This feature helps you to precisely couple the tow bar with a tow hitch. A coloured dot graphic representing the tow ball is displayed on-screen together with a guideline showing the vehicle’s predicted path.

  • SURROUND CAMERA ASSIST

Comprising five cameras located on the front bumper, underside of door mirrors and tailgate lift handle, the Surround Camera System sends a near 360-degree view of the outside world to your infotainment screen.

TOWING TIPS

Ahead of your next towing adventure, familiarise yourself with our top five tips for getting to your destination safely when pulling a caravan or trailer.

- Never load your caravan or trailer so that it is lower at the rear. It should be either level, or ideally, slightly nose down.
- The centre of gravity of the load needs to be about 10‑20 cm in front of the trailer or caravan's wheels.
- It's a legal requirement to extend mirrors when towing. This ensures visibility around the vehicle.
- Always allow a gap of at least four seconds to the vehicle in front, anticipate junctions and stops to give you time to brake early and allow extra room from turning and maneuvering.
- Always reverse with the vehicle and trailer in a straight line, before slowly turning in the opposite direction to the one in which you wish the trailer to travel.
